Galerie Šantovka 2

Phase 2 of the roughly 80-unit retail and community centre project will offer primarily entertainment, but also shops, services and restaurants. The new building will be connected to the Šantovka Gallery by a bridge over the tram line and Mlýnský potok. The new building will have 4 floors – 1 underground and 3 above ground. The project also includes a multifunctional hall with a capacity of 500 seats and an underground car park that will offer more than 600 parking spaces. The design is again created by London-based architectural studio Benoy, this time in collaboration with architects from Obermeyer-Helika. The project is scheduled for completion in 2025.
