EAST PARK Olomouc

We plan the development project of logistic and warehouse center to be situated in the eastern edge of the Olomouc city, near the Bystrovany village. A new industrial zone shall be created there, with its key comparative advantage being its location next to the expressway in the direction of Ostrava. Up to seven separate halls with production or storage facilities, and a supply yard will be constructed in the area. Office spaces will also be included in the leased units. The first preparatory works started in the autumn 2020.
