Two hotels of the prestigious Marriott chain will be built in Olomouc and Pardubice by REDSTONE.

The development group Redstone has concluded a cooperation agreement with the prestigious international hotel chain Marriott. The common goal is to open four-star hotels of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand in Olomouc and Pardubice (which hasn’t had its representation in the Czech Republic so far), under a franchise agreement. 

The development company, backed by Olomouc’s entrepreneur Richard Morávek, will be building the objects to be a part of the newly prepared business-community centres, which will come into realization already next year. The hotel constructions in a gross value of CZK 750 million are planned for completion within the following two years. Both will immediately rank among the largest and most luxurious in their locations.
