The long-time dilapidated former distillery in Pardubice will be revitalized

It’s very likely that every Pardubice citizen knows this place – the area of former distillery opposite the main train station. This strategic, yet long-time dilapidated place, which nowadays welcomes visitors to Pardubice and provides them with quite a bleak view, will be getting a brand new coat in the nearest future. By the end of 2017, the land beneath the former distillery was purchased by the Olomouc developer Redstone Real Estate, which is now coming up with its vision to construct a unique multifunctional centre on this attractive site in the near future.
