In the first phase, the STARZONE Pardubice warehouse and logistics complex offers two logistics warehouses marked DC1 and DC2 and parking areas for semi-trailers.
Both halls are long-term leased to JUSDA Europe s.r.o. (hall DC1) and Flex International s.r.o. (hall DC2).
The complex also includes parking areas, service and fire roads, two gatehouses and an engine room for a sprinkler system with a tank.

 

Location

The STARZONE Pardubice logistics complex is located only 4 km from the centre of Pardubice, in the locality of Černá za Bory, approximately 1 h 20 min from Prague. It is located directly next to the road connecting Pardubice with Dašice and 7 km from the planned D35 motorway (Hradec Králové – Mohelnice), which will form the second most important East-West link in the Czech Republic when completed. The STARZONE complex will also be directly connected to the planned NE bypass of Pardubice.
