The REDSTONE Group is preparing a brand new urban district. Demolition works are currently underway.

“We want to revive yet another part of Olomouc, where the vast majority of the inhabitants have not yet had the chance to set foot,” said Richard Morávek, the group’s owner. A while ago, he resurrected the ruined site of the former Milo chemical plant not far from the place, where he built the shopping and social centre Galerie Šantovka, and is planning (or already building) other projects on neighboring land.
