REDSTONE group projects

In the area of investment and the subsequent management of the assets, we currently operate several logistic and warehouse facilities in Pardubice and Praha. Simultaneously, we handle the implementation of several interesting development projects on our own. Some of these projects are already in the realization phase, others are being prepared intensively. The one already under construction, for example, is an administrative complex in the centre of Olomouc called Envelopa Office Center, which – once completed – will offer 15,000 square meters of premium office premises. The category of preparatory construction works and intensive architectural preparation includes probably the most important and the most challenging project – the construction of a large multifunctional complex of buildings, including a commercial and administrative centre, a hotel and residential apartment buildings close to the main railway station in Pardubice. This project is divided into two successive stages, the first one – business and administrative centre with leasable area of 50,000 square meters – being planned for finish by the autumn 2023.
